CD-29-83 - Our File: 60.52.114. SUBJECT: REQUEST BY MR. AND MRS. KEITH IBBITSON, 1205 AUGUSTA COURT, OSHAWA, ONTARIO, L1H 7S9, TO OCCUPY A MOBILE HOME DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW RESIDENTIAL DWELLING RECOMMENDATION: 1. That this report be received; and 2. That the application be approved, and that the applicants obtain all of the necessary permits and zoning clearances from the Planning Department; and 3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the standard agreement with the applicants, authorizing the use of a mobile home as a temporary residence on site, for a period not exceeding six months. BACKGROUND & COMMENT: Mr. & Mrs. Keith Ibbitson, 1205 Augusta Court, Oshawa, have by letter dated April 19, 1983, requested that Council give consideration to, and grant permission to them to locate a mobile home, for use as a temporary residence onto the construction site. Mr. and Mrs. Ibbitson advise, that they have purchased a building lot 80' x 200' on Zion Road, south of Taunton Road (Pt. Lot 23, Plan 639). Further, the Ibbitson's indicate, that the hope to commence construction about June 30th, with completion targeted for the end of September. Continued . . . . .. /2 t U' P ip�� v_ 6(b) CD-29-83 - 2 - May 2, 1983 The Planning Department indicates, that they have no objection to the approval of the application, subject to the applicants complying with the Town's requirements with respect to building permits, zoning clearances and a clear understanding that the approval is only for a six month period.
