SUBJECT: Consideration of an application for a 1983
Refreshment Vehicle Licence
Applicant: Donald Cheseboro

RECOMMENDATION:
1. That this report be received.
2. That the Council authorize the issuing of a
Refreshment Vehicle Licence to the applicant.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
Mr. Donald Cheseboro submitted an application for a Refreshment Vehicle
Licence on April 18, 1983. On this same date he submitted a letter from
the Regional Health Unit which indicated that the Health Unit had inspected
the vehicle and that all requirements had been met.
The Newcastle Fire Department inspected the vehicle on April 15, 1983
and advised that the equipment met their standards.
This Department recommends that the application be approved.
