SUBJECT: MEMBERSHIP OF ORONO CENTRAL BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT AREA BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
1983
RECOMMENDATIONS: For the consideration of Council .
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
On February 1st 1983, the Clerk's Department received a copy of the Orono
DBIA Minutes of the annual meeting held on January 17th 1983.
Included in the minutes was a list of the members elected to the Board of
Management for the year 1983. The list is as follows:
Roy Forrester ( Chairman
Carl White ( , Vice-Chairman
Sue Sawyer (�, Secretary-Treasurer ,
Terry Vreeker
Matt Snelders LIL��u
Lorraine Smith
Council 's representative to the Orono DBIA - Councillor Keith Barr
It would be appropriate, that Council give consideration to the appointment
of the persons elected to office in the Orono DBIA and if the membership
meets with Council 's approval , confirm their appointment.
