SUBJECT: Refreshment Vehicle Licence 1982 - Mr. Dignard

RECOMMENDATION:
1. That this report be received, and
2. That Council authorize the issuing of a
Refreshment Vehicle Licence to the applicant.
BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:
Mr. Dignard submitted an application for a Refreshment Vehicle licence on
May 19, 1982. The applicants also submitted a letter from the Durham Regional
Health Unit dated May 11, 1982 which indicated that the Regional Health Unit
had no objection to the issuing of a refreshment vehicle licence.
The Newcastle Fire Department, by memorandum dated May 19, 1982, advised that
portable fire extinguishers and exits are acceptable, also propane appliances.

This Department would recommend the application to Council for their considera-
tion and approval .
