REPORT TO THE GENERAL, PURPOSE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE MEETING OF
APRIL 5, 1982

SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF TILE DRAINAGE LOAN
H. BRUCE TINK, LOT 22, CONCESSION 5 (DARLINGTON)
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. That this report be received; and
2. That the Tile Drainage Loan Application submitted by Mr. H. Bruce
Tink on June 24th 1981, in the amount of $12,000 be approved; and
3. That the application be processed when Provincial funds become
available; and
4. Further that Mr. H. Bruce Tink, R.R. #1, Hampton, Ontario,
be so advised.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
Mr. Tink submitted his Tile Drainage Loan Application on June 24th 1981.
At that time, he was advised that no funds were available nor would his
application be considered until 1982 at the earliest. The drainage
works proposed in the application were subsequently installed and are
complete,
The Public Works Department have reviewed the application and carried
our the necessary inspections. By memorandum dated March 18th 1982, the
Public Works Department have reported that the works have been inspected
and meet the Town's requirements. They have recommended that the
application be approved.

While there are no funds available at this time, an allocation is
expected. It is appropriate that applications be approved so that
they can be processed as soon as Provincial funds have been
provided.
