SUBJECT: FINAL SUBSIDY ON EXPENDITURES IN THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT FROM JANUARY 1ST TO DECEMBER 31 ,1985
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended to Council the following:
1 . That report TR-10-86 be received; and
2. That the Treasurer be authorized to petition the Ministry of
Transportation and Communications for Final Subsidy on
expenditures in the Public Works Department from January 1 to
December 31 , 1985.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
It is a requirement by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications
that we have the resolution authorizing the final petition for the period
January 1 to December 31 , 1985 to Council for approval and place it with
the petition for payment.
This resolution can be general in nature to cover the total expenditures
as determined at the close off of the 1985 financial year.
