SUBJECT: QUOTATIONS, PROMOTIONAL BROCHURES
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended to Council :
1 . That this report be received; and
2. That Champlain Graphics, Whitby, Ontario, with a bid in the amount of
$12,654.36 being the lowest responsible bidder be awarded the contract to
supply 5000 promotional brochures as required by the Town of Newcastle; and
3. That the funds be drawn from account #67 0-X- .
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT
Bids were invited from qualified graphic printing vendors for the design, supply
and printing of 5000 promotional brochures as required by the Administrator's Office.
The funding was provided by Ontario Hydro specifically for industrial promotion. The
invited bids were received and tabulated as follows:

Staff recommends Champlain Graphics, Whitby, Ontario for the contract award
to supply the promotional brochures, as required by the Town of Newcastle.
