SUBJECT: 1983 STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PURCHASING FUNCTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1 . that this report be received for information.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT
During the 1983 calendar year, the Purchasing Office completed its first full
year as a "centralized" procurement function. The following statistics represent the
activity which have transpired within the department.
