The K8gi0Ddl Police wish to renew the lease at the S8Ne rental rate /$29,600 payable in monthly installments of $2,466.67\ as established for the 1983 fiscal year. The Regional Police are currently paying $13.04/sqUJre, foot for this space j.1S opposed t0 a general commercial rental rate of $8.50/SqUare foot.
