SUBJECT: TENDER T83-5, EMULSIFIED ASPHALT PATCHING MATERIAL (COLD MIX)
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended:
1 . that this report be received; and
2. that all tenders received for Emulsified Asphalt Patching Material
(Cold Mix T83-5) be rejected and
3. that Council authorize staff to retender for this material
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT
Due to the confusion as to whether the pricing structure was to include F.O.B.
destination or Tenderer's plant, staff felt that the tender specification be restructured
to accomodate the appropriate requirements.
