REPORT TO THE GENERAL PURPOSE AND ADMINISTRATION MEETING HELD ON
APRIL 18, 1983.

SUBJECT: SELF-INSURED LOSSES RESERVE - DARLINGTON SPORTS CENTRE - BREAKIN
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended:
1 . That this report be received; and
2. That $770.00 be taken from the Self-Insured losses Reserve
in favour of the Darlington Sports Centre to cover damage
and loss of supplies.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
On April 2nd, 1983 the Darlington Sports Centre was broken into and various
items were stolen. These items (Microwave Oven-rental , 13 cartons of
Cigarettes, Bag Cart, 1 carton of Chocolate Bars) and the repair costs for
the canteen door (lock damage) came to $770.00. (see attached Police Report).
