SUBJECT: TOWN OF NEWCASTLE FIVE YEAR CAPITAL FORECAST - 1983
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that the Town of Newcastle 1983 Five Year
Capital Forecast be approved as presented and forwarded to Council .
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
The 1983 Town of Newcastle Five Year Capital Forecast has been attached
herewith for Council 's review. The 1983 section has been approved by
Council and Committee will be dealing with the years 1984 through to 1987.
