BUDGET - Tentatively Scheduled Dates
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. That report TR-18-89 be received for information.
BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:
The following dates have been tentatively set aside for presentation of
the draft budget to Council for consideration:
CAPITAL BUDGET: Monday, February 27th (night council) 1:30 p.m.
Friday, March 3rd 9:30 a.m.
Monday, March 6th (if necessary) 1:30 p.m.
CURRENT BUDGET: Friday, March 31 ✓ 9:30 a.m.
Monday, April 3 ' 1:30 p.m.
Friday, April 7 - 9:30 a.m.
These are tentative dates, therefore if there are any perceived
difficulties dates can be rearranged.
This provides a guideline within which staff will be working to complete
budget figures.
