BACKGROUND & COMMENTS: By-Law Enforcement files indicate that the Mason Property has been a subject of contention for 10 years. Court action and any subsequent fines have failed to produce any results. Mr. Mason has ignored an order issued pursuant to Section 31 (7) of the Planning Act. This being the case, the Corporation now has the right to enter in and upon the Mason property for the purpose of said clean up.
