REPORT NO. : FD-10-82
SUBJECT: For acquiring facilities to accommodate fire
apparatus and equipment Station 3, Orono
RECOMMENDATION: That Totten Sims & Hubicki Consultants be requested
to inspect the existing fire station #3, Orono, and
submit an opinion letter as to the feasibility of
renovating the building to accommodate the existing
fire apparatus and equipment as well as possible
replacement apparatus for continued use during the
next 5 years.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
Proposal to relocate or build a new Orono Fire Station has been under consideration
for approximately the last 3 years.
