APPLICATION DETAILS 1,1 All applications received by the Municipality for minor variance are scheduled for a hearing within 30 days of being received by the Secretary-Treasurer, The purpose of the minor variance applications and the Committee's decisions are detailed in Attachment 1, The decisions of the Committee are detailed below, DECISIONS OF COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT FOR FEBRUARY 21, 2002 Application Number Staff Recommendation Decision of Committee A2002/002 Table Tabled A2002/009 Deny Tabled A2002/010 Approve Approved A2002/011 ApprovefTable ApprovedfT abled A2002/012 Approve Approved 1,2 Application A2002/002 was TABLED to the next Committee of Adjustment meeting, March 21, 2002, as the applicant did not have a sign posted for 10 days prior to hearing and thus did not meet the requirements of the Planning Act, 1,3 Staff recommended denial of application A2002/009, for an increase in accessory building height from 5 metres to 6,5 metres, Committee of Adjustment decided to table the application for up to four (4) months to allow the applicant time for discussion with Staff and to provide Committee of Adjustment with more detailed elevation and building drawings so they can make a more knowledgeable decision, 1.4 Staff has reviewed the Committee's decisions and is satisfied that the applications that received approval are in conformity with the Official Plan policies. consistent with the intent of the Zoning By-law and are minor in nature and desirable, Council's concurrence with the Committee of Adjustment decisions is required in order to afford Staffs official status before the Ontario Municipal Board in the event of an appeal of any decision of the Committee of Adjustment.
