Jim Aldridge Town of Newcastle Fire Department 132 Church Street BOWMANVILLE , Ontario L1C 1T5 Dear Mr. Aldridge : I would like to thank you for your cooperation in approving the installation of tritium monitoring stations at your fire stations in Courtice and Bowmanville . At present , we have installed the station in Courtice and we are keeping open the possibility of using the fire station in Bowmanville as a potential site . These stations will form an integral part of our monitoring network around the Darlington nuclear generating station . Our results will be published in annual reports issued by Health and Welfare . These reports can be obtained upon your request . If there are any problems with the station , please do not hesitate to call me at (613 ) 998-4388 .
