By-law Number 71-81 of the Township of Scugog be received and filed. Background and Comments: By-law Number 71-81 of the Township of Scugog was forwarded to the Planning and Development Department on November 27, 1981. The By- law rezones a parcel of land located in part of Lot 22, Concession 2 within the Township of Scugog. The subject By-law amendment would permit the use of the lands for two single-family detached dwellings and a health resort establishment, and uses, buildings and structures accessory thereto. The subject By-law applies to an area of the Township of Scugog which would not affect the interests of the Town of Newcastle. THE ONTARIO-MUNICIPAL BOARD may approve.of the said by-law but :before doing.,so it may appoint a time and place when any objection to the by- law-will be.considered.
