SUBJECT: Extension of Draft Approval for Subdivision
Plan -18T-24002.

Recommendations
It is recommended that:
1. This report be received; and
2. That Council adopt the following resolution:-
"THAT the Council of the Town of Newcastle
hereby requests the Minister of Municipal
Affairs and Housing to extend the Draft
Approval of Subdivision 18T-24002 for a
further 12 month period from January 25th. ,
1982 to January 25th. , 1983"
Background and Comments:
Staff have reviewed the attached request for an extension
of draft approval and feel that the request is a resonable one,
given that the developers have only very recently been able to meet
Regional Works requests relative to welter supply. The 12 month
extension would give the developers and the 'Town an opportunity to
complete zoning and subdivision agreement proceedures.
