SUBJECT: By-law Number 57-81 - The Corporation of the City
of Oshawa
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that:
1. By-law Number 57-81 of the City of Oshawa be received
and filed.
BACKGROUND & COMMENT:
By-law Number 57-81 of the City of Oshawa was forwarded to
the Planning and Development Department on July 29, 1981. The By-law
rezones two (2) parcels of land, one fronting on Jackson Avenue and the
other fronting on the corner of Jackson Avenue and Albert Street, in the
City of Oshawa. The By-law would permit the erection of a two storey building
on the first site and a parking lot on the second parcel.
The subject parcel is located in an area of the City of Oshawa
i
which would not affect the interests of the Town of Newcastle. Therefore,
no action on the rezoning by-law is required. The last date for filing ob-
jections is August 24, 1981.
