The nature of this contract is such that it would not be in the best interest of the Municipality to issue formal tender specifications, as the items are purchased on an "as required" basis, and the total annual volume can fluctuate substantially from year to year. In addition, a formal quotation request allows the bidders the opportunity to include operating equipment such as dispensing towers, ice cube making machines as well as any other promotional benefits that may be offered during the duration of the contract . / 19 nos is pnrrn oou PAPIEL 111-1P.PAP, REPORT NO. : TR-93-94 PAGE 2 QUOTATION Q94-14 Subsequently, quotations were received from the following: Coca-Cola Bottling Uxbridge, Ontario Pepsi Cola Canada Beverages Fraserville, Ontario.
