SUBJECT: Application for Rezoning Z -A-3-6-5
Part Lot 32, Concession 7, former Township of Clarke,
Dennis and Vella Prue
Report P-180-79
BACKGROUND:
Report P-180-79 was received by the Committee on October
15, 1979 and deferred pending the receipt of a warning registered on
title to be submitted by the applicant to the Planning Department.
(PD Resolution 476-79)
Mr. Prue appeared as a delegation at the October 22, 1979
Council meeting and indicated his concerns with the Committee Resolution
of October 15, 1979. It was indicated to Mr. Prue that it would be
appropriate for him to discuss this matter at Planning Committee.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning and Development Committee consider Mr.
Prue's concerns in respect of Planning and Development Resolution 476-79
and provide direction to staff.

By-law Number 79- 136
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 1592, as amended, of the former Township
of Clarke.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle DEEMS
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 1592, as amended,
of the former Township of Clarke.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the. Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1. Section 5.3 of By-law 1592, as amended, is Hereby further amended
by adding thereto the following subsection (c):
"(c) Leskard Itoad
In addition to the provisions as referred to in Section
5, subsections 1 and 2 hereof, the land so designated RR -3
on the attached Schedule "X" attached hereto shall be sub-
ject to the following conditions:
No person shall within an RR -3 zone erect any building
or structure within the area shown as "Restricted Building
Area" on Schedule "X" attached hereto."
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof, subject
to Section 35 (10) of the Planning Act.
