REPORT TO THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING OF November 8, 1979.
REPORT NO.: P-192-79
SUBJECT: Correspondence from B. Brown
Re: Lands south of Highway 401 and west of Wilmot
Creek specifically Lots 31, 32 and 33, Broken
Front Concession and Concession 1, former Town-
ship of Clarke
BACKGROUND:
The attached correspondence has been forwarded to the
Planning Department for a Report to Planning and Development Committee.
Mr. Brown is requesting that he be advised of any zoning application
or site plan application filed with the Town for lands subject to
Ontario Municipal Board referral R-60 under the Regional Official
Plan. Referral R-60 relates to lands owned by M. Rice proponent of
the Ridge Pine Park Mobile -Home Retirement Park.
COMMENT:
At this time, no application for rezoning or site plan
agreement has been filed with the Town for the lands referred to in
Mr. Brown's letter of September 26, 1979. Staff feel that it would
be appropriate for the applicant to keep in contact with the Planning

Department as to future possible applications. Mr. Brown's letter
will be kept on file with the Department.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning and Development Committee recommend to
Council that the following resolution be adopted:
"That the Clerk advise Mr. B. A. Brown, that his
letter of September 26, 1979 has been filed with
the Planning Department and,
That it would be appropriate for him to contact the
Planning Department in respect of this matter for
further information."
