SUBJECT: Official Plan Amendment Application - Salco Sand and
Gravel - Part Lot 32, Concession 10, former Township
of Clarke: File 79-8/D
BACKGROUND:
On July 5th, 1979, the Planning and Development Committee con-
sidered the attached report and instructed staff to arrange a public
meeting to hear comment on the above-mentioned application.
COMMENT:
Staff feel it would be appropriate for the Planning and Develop-
ment Committee to consider the attached report in the light of the
comments to be received at the public meeting of August 9th, 1979 and
to request staff to make a recommendation to Planning Committee at an
upcoming Planning and Development Committee meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning and Development Committee instruct staff to
bring forward a further report and recommendation on Official Plan
Amendment application 79-8/D.
