REPORT TO THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING OF August 9, 1979.
REPORT NO.: P-139-79
SUBJECT: Rills of Liberty North - Estate Lot Plan of Subdivision
Part Lot 11, Concession III - 18T-77123
BACKGROUND:
On July 26, 1979, the above mentioned plan of subdivision was
draft approved by the Minister of Housing. Draft approval was granted
subject to twenty-four conditions calling for the execution of a sub-
division agreement with the Town and the rezoning of the subject lands
amongst other matters.
COMMENT:
In accordance with the Town's procedures, staff is proceeding
with the preparation of a subdivision agreement and rezoning by-law
necessary for the final approval and registration of the subdivision
plan. Staff are also proceeding with the preparation of the material
necessary for the fulfillment of other conditions of draft plan approval.

RECOMMENDATION:
That this report be received for information and that the
Ministry of Housing be advised that the Town is proceeding with
the processing of subdivision plan 18T-77123.
