On July 16, 1979, Council adopted the following recommen-
dation of the Planning and Development Committee:
"That a public meeting be held on July 23, 1979 to
receive convents with regard to Application for

Brooking, and it be the first item on the agenda
and a draft By-law be prepared."
COWNT:
According to this directive, staff has prepared the
attached draft By-law for consideration by the Committee.
However, because of the potential incompatibility of
the existing commercial use with existing and proposed residential

wishes to approve the subject application, a Site Plan Agreement be-
tween the applicant and the Town should be required as a condition of'
