REPORT NO. : P-120•-79 SUBJECT: Subdivision Agreement -- East Woodbridge Developments Ltd , Newcastle Village The attached subdivision agreement has been negotiated by Town i staff in accordance with the terms and conditions recommended by Town Council and approved by the Ministry of Housing. I The subdivision agreement follows. the standard form of agreement i and includes provisions for the pre.--servicing of the subject :Lands and the payment of $150.00 per dwelling unit to the Village of Newcastle Hydro Commission towards the costs of providing hydro service. I The agreement has been reviewed by staff following redrafting by the solicitors, for ]East Woodbridge Developments Ltd. and is acceptable provided the following changes to Schedule G are made. Section 9 (a) 1 Screen Planting This section should be revised to: "Along the west limit of Lots 3 to 5 inclusive.'' Section 11 (B) This section should be revised to: "Estimated Costs Total Construction $25,000 Total Developers Share $31,250.'' 2 ._ RECOMMENDATION: 1. That the Planning and. Development Committee recommend that the attached subdivision agreement for East: Woodbridge Deve—lopmen.ts Ltd. be executed by Council with the above mentioned changes to Sections 9(a)l and 11(B) ; and 2. '1hat. upon. resubmission of the revised subdivision agree- ment: by East Woodbridge Developments Ltd. that a By--law a, be prepared and adopted by Council for the purposes of executing the agreement.
