P-38-79 Planning & Development Committee DATE: March 1 , 1979 i I i SUBJECT: Report on Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment - Part Lots ICI 29 and 30, Newcastle Village - Milani Subdivision At the January 22, 1979 meeting of the Planning and Develop- ment Committee, Report No. P-8-79 was tabled until a public meeting had been held in the Village of Newcastle. This public meeting was held in the Newcastle Community Hall on February 20, 1979. We under- stand that the minutes of this meeting appear elsewhere on this agenda. i As a result of the input obtained from the public meeting, we have amended the proposed By-law to include a size requirement for the required parking space in the residential zone. The By-law has also been amended to recognize the existing sewage pumping station on lot 23. It is recommended that Report No. P-8-79 be lifted from the f - §t table and approved, and that the attached revised By-law be forwarded to Council for approval .
