FRANK REALTY PART LOT 10, CONC. 10, GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON 196 KING STREET EAST, BOWMANVILLE URBAN AREA RECOMMENDATION It is respectfully recommended that Council approve the following resolutions : 1. That Report PD-113-83 be received; and 2. That staff Report PD-104-83 be received for information ; and 3. That the attached By-law being a by-law to amend By-law 1587, as amended, be approved. I BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS Following from Mr. A. Strike's presentation to the General Purpose and Administration Committee meeting of July 18, 1983, staff have reviewed the requested by-law revisions . The applicant has requested changes to the rear yard, in- terior side yard minimum landscaped area, and maximum floor . . .2/ REPORT NO. : PO-113-83 Page 2 area requirements. In that regard, staff have reviewed the implications of these adjustments and feel that there would be no negative impacts upon the intent of the Town 's zoning by-laws.
