That Report PD-200-82 be received; and 2. That By-law 127-82 of the City of Oshawa be s: received and filed. of A BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: By-law 127-82 of the City of Oshawa was forwarded to the Planning and Development Department on November 2, 1982. The subject By-law rezones two parcels of land on the east and west sides of Attersley Drive south of Cobblehill Drive within the former Township of Whitby. The proposed By-law amendment would change the zoning of these two parcels of land from "R3 subject to Special Conditon 73" to "R-2A" and "R3 subject to Special Condition 72" to "R-2A" respectively, in order to implement a draft plan of subdivision for the development of eighteen (18) semi -detached residential units. i Report No: PD-200-82 . . ./2 The subject lands are located in an area which would not have an effect on the Town of Newcastle, and therefore, no further action on this By-law amendment is required.
