That Report PD-188-82 be received; and 2. That By-law Number 64-82 of the Township of Scugog be received and filed. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: By-law 64-82 of the Township of Scugog was forwarded to the Planning and Development Department on October 18, 1982. The subject By-law is an amendment to Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 75-80 of the Township of Scugog, which would remove an existing "M3-Rural Industrial Zone" and would replace this zone with an "M3-7 Rural Industrial Exception Seven Zone" in order to conform with the policies of the Region of Durham Official Plan. �_o Report No: PD-188-82 .../2 The lands affected by this zoning change are located in Part of Lot 16, concession 7, Township of Scugog, and would not have an effect on the Town of Newcastle.
