That Report PD-173-82 be received; and 2. That By-law Number 59-82 of the Township of Scugog be received and filed. BACKGROUND: By-law 59-82 of the Township of Scugog was forwarded to the Planning and Development Department on October 4, 1982. The subject By-law is an amendment to Zoning By-law Number 75-80 of the Township of Scugog in order to recognize an existing Motor Vehicle Body Shop and Repair Garage located in Part of Lot 12, Concession 6, within the Township of Scugog. ��r ;V Report No: PD-173-82 .../2 The lands affected by this amendment are located within an area of Scugog which would not have an effect on the Town of Newcastle and therefore no further action on this By-law would be required.
