By-Law # MEETING: General Purpose and Administration Committee DATE: Monday, September 15, 1986 REPORT #: PD-213-86 FILE #: DEV 86-49 SUBJECT: REZONING APPLICATION AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL - ANN PSILOPOULIS PART LOT 25, CONCESSION 2, DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 86-49 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-213-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Mrs. A. Psilopoulis to rezone a 1.63 hectare parcel in Part Lot 25, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington to permit the existing residences, repair garage and service station and to permit a Motor Vehicle Sales establishment be referred to Staff for processing and subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On July 16, 1986, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mrs. Ann Psilopoulis to rezone a 1.63 hectare (4.02 acre) parcel of land in Part Lot 25, Concession * 2, former Township of Darlington (see attached map). The purpose of the rezoning would be to permit a new Motor Vehicle Sales establishment accessory to the uses presently on the site (a repair garage, service station and two (2) residences). * The application has as been circulated to various agencies es for comment and attached i s a copy pY of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. . . .2 REPORT NO.: PD-213-86 Page 2 It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
