MALARENKO PART LOT 17, CONCESSION 2, CLARKE OUR FILE: DEV 86-52 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: vV✓r On September 11, 1986 the Planning Department received an application submitted by B-ary Wes-term-an to rezone a 0.25 hectare ( .617 acre) parcel of land in Part Lot 31, Concession * 2, former Township of Darlington (see attached map) . The purpose of the rezoning would be to permit the development of two (2) additional residential lots. * The application has been circulated to various agencies for comments and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. . . .2 I REPORT NO. : PD-224-86 Page 2 It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report.
