SUBJECT: REZONING APPLICATION - RICHARD LOVEKIN
PART LOT 28, CONCESSION 2, NEWCASTLE VILLAGE
FILE: DEV 86-16
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-196-86 be received; and
* 2. THAT the By-law attached to this Report be approved in accordance with Resolution
#C-423-86.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
On May 12, 1986, the General Purpose and Administration Committee resolved (Resolution
#C-423-86) that Rezoning Application DEV 86-16 submitted by Richard and Susan Loveki n be
approved, and that the by-law to rezone the subject lands be forwarded to Council for
approval at such time as the appropriate development charge has been paid to the Town and
the Chief Building Official is satisfied that the construction of the second dwelling unit
is in accordance with the Ontario Building Code.
The lot development charge was paid by the applicant on May 20, 1986. As well , the Chief
Building Official has advised that the construction of the second dwelling unit is in
accordance with the Ontario Building Code.

* Accordingly, it is recommended that the By-law attached to this Report to
recognize 'the use of the subject lands as a duplex be approved in accordance
with Council Resolution #C-423-86.
