BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On May 8, 1.986, the Planning Department received an application for rezoning from Mr. & Mrs . M. P r•azi enka to ner•mi t the development of a Node/C1 uster. The application has been circulated, in accordance with departmental procedure, to various agencies and Town departments for their comment .
