ERNEST COLLISS PART LOT 18, CONCESSION 2, FORMER TWP: OF DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 86-38 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-167-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Mr. J. Victor, on behalf of Mr. Colliss to rezone a parcel of land located in Part Lot 18, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington to permit the development of an additional lot, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public meeting. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On May 29, 1986, the Planning Department received an application for rezoning from Mr. J . Victor, on beahlf of Mr. E. Colliss to permit the development of an additional lot. The application has been circulated, in accordance with departmental procedure, to various agencies and Town departments for their comment. It is noted for the Committee's information that, pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act, the application has been scheduled for a public meeting July 21, 1986. . . .2 REPORT NO.: PD-167-86 Page 2 Accordingly, it is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for the preparation of a subsequent report.
