SUB.ECT: BY-LAW TO APPOINT INSPECTORS
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-186-86 be received; and
* 2. THAT the attached By-law appointing Inspectors be approved; and
3. THAT the Clerk issue the required Certificates of Appointment.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
Due to recent Staff changes in the Building Division it has become necessary to amend
By-law No. 76-23 (copy attached) , being a by-law to appoint Inspectors.
Staff have prepared the attached By-law amendment and are hereby recommending its approval
to Council .

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 86-
being a By-law to amend By-law No. 76-23, as amended, of the Town of
Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
advisable to amend By-law 76-23;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "B" of amending By-law No. 85-60 is hereby deleted in its
entirety and replaced with a new Schedule "B" attached hereto as Schedule
2. Schedule "X" attached hereto forms part of the By-law.
