OF DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 86-11 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: I . THAT Report PD-70-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Mr. Lloyd Algar, to rezone a parcel of land located in Part Lot 34, Concession 4, former Township of Darlington to permit the development of a sales outlet for nursery stock grown on the farm, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public meeting. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On February 26, 1986, the Planning Department received an application for rezoning from Mr. L. Algar to construct a sales outlet for nursery stock grown on the farm. The application has been circulated, in accordance with departmental procedure, to various agencies and Town departments for their comment . It is noted for the Committee's information that, pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act, the application has been scheduled for a public meeting April 21, 1986. . . .2 REPORT NO. : PD-70-86 Page 2 Accordingly, it is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for the preparation of a subsequent report.
