OF DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 86-9 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-60-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Mr. Paul Langley, to rezone a parcel of land located in Part Lot 17, Concession 10, former Township of Darlington to permit the construction of a single family dwelling be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public meeting. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On February 20, 1986, the Planning Department received an application for rezoning from Mr. P. Langley to permit the construction of a single family dwelling. The application has been circulated, in accordance with departmental procedure, to various agencies and Town departments for their comment. It is noted for the Committee 's information that, pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act , the application has been scheduled for a public meeting April 21 , 1986. .. .2 REPORT NO. : PD-60-86 Page 2 Accordingly, it is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for the preparation of a subsequent report .
