HOFSTEDE PART LOT 17, CONCESSION 1, DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 85-17 RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1 . That Report PD-102-85 be received; and 2. That an application submitted by Andy Hofstede to rezone a parcel of land in Part of Lot 17, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington to permit the development of two (2) additional residential lots, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. .. .2 i�C ) REPORT NO. : PD-102-85 Page 2 BACKGROUND: On June 18, 1985, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. Andy Hofstede to rezone a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 17, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington (see * attached). The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of two (2) additional residential lots. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town * departments for their comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
