That Report PD-134-85 be received; and 2. Than an application submitted by Mrs. J . Mayers to rezone a parcel of land in Part of Lot 14, Concession 8 to permit the development of a residential lot having a minimum lot area of 0.3ha, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. . . .2 I REPORT NO. : PD-134-85 Page 2 BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On August 28, 1985, the Planning Department received an application, submitted by Mrs. J. Mayer, to rezone a parcel of land located in Lot 14, Concession 8, former Township of * Darlington (see attached) . The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of a residential lot having a minimum lot area of 0.3ha. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town * departments for their comments (see attached) . It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
