THAT the General Purpose and Administration Committee Report of June 6,2005,
with respect to Report PSD-068-05 be approved.

BY-LAWS
Resolution #C-291-05
Moved by Councillor MacArthur, seconded by Councillor Foster
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 2005-109 and By-law 2005-110, being
by-laws to implement the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan and Municipality of
Clarington Official Plan Amendment No. 33 and that the said by-laws be now read a
first and second time.

THAT the third and final reading of By-laws 2005-109 and By-law 2005-110 be
approved.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 2005-111 being a by-law to confirm the
proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at this special meeting
held on June 6, 2005, and that the said by-law be now read a first and second time.
