RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. THAT Report PD-165-85 be received; and
L. THAT an application submitted by Mr. R. Rekker to rezone a parcel of land in Part
of Lot 18, Concession 2 to permit the development of two (2) residential lots
having a minimum lot area of 0.26ha, be received and referred to Staff for
processing and a subsequent report and public hearing.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
On October 25, 1985, the Planning Department received an application, submitted by Mr.
Richard Rekker, to rezone a parcel of land located in Lot 18, Concession 2, former
* Township of Darlington (see attached) . The submission of the rezoning application is to
permit the development of two (2) residential lots having a minimum lot area of 0.26ha.
The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town departments for their
* comments (see attached) .

It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred
back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation
has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of
the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of
the Planning Act.
