THAT Report PD-169-85 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Ed Vanhaverbeke to permit the holding symbol (H) to be lifted from the applicant's property to allow the conditions of Land Division application LD 336/85 to be fulfilled in part; be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On October 21, 1985 the Planning Department received an application submitted by Ed Vanhaverbeke to permit the removal of the Holding Symbol (H) from the applicant's property to fulfill the conditions of severance in part for a property located in Part of Lot 27, Concession 1, in the Village of Newcastle. On September 13, 1985, the Planning Department received the circulation from the Land Division Committee for a severance on the subject property.
