OF CLARKE OUR FILE: DEV 85-32 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-170-85 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Barrie Welch to permit the use of a kennel and its expansion on a 17.6 acre parcel of land in Part of Lot 1, Concession 7, former Township of Clarke, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On October 24, 1985 the Planning Department received an application submitted by Barrie J . Welch for a rezoning to permit the conforming use and expansion of a licenced kennel on a 17.6 acare parcel of land in Part of Lot 1, Concession 7, former Township of Clarke.
