PERUN & MR. M. KUZEMCHUK PART LOT 29, CONCESSION 3, DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 85-39 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-182-85 be received; and 2. THAT an application submitted by Mr. I. Perun and Mr. M. Kuzenchuk, to rezone a parcel of land being Part of Lot 29, Concession 3, Darlington to permit the development of an additional lot, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On November 12, 1985, the Planning Department received an application, submitted by Mr. I. Perun and Mr. M. Kuzemchuk, to rezone a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 29, * Concession 3, former Township of Darlington (see attached). The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of an additional residential lot. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town departments for their * comments (see attached) . . . .2 o REPORT NO. : PD-182-85 Page 2 It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act. espectful �s tted, T.T.
