SUBJECT: REZONING APPLICATION - AGNES MICHALSKI
PART LOT 15, CONCESSION 6, DARLINGTON

RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-183-85 be received; and
2. THAT an application submitted by Mr. Paul Coath, agent, on behalf of Agnes
Michalski , to rezone a parcel of land being Part of Lot 15, Concession 6,
Darlington to permit the development of an additional lot, be received and referred
to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
On November 5, 1985, the Planning Department received an application, submitted by Mr.
Paul Coath, agent, on behalf of Agnes Michalski , to rezone a parcel of land located in
* Part of Lot 15, Concession 6, former Township of Darlington (see attached). The
submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of an additional
residential lot.
* The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town departments for their
comments (see attached) .

It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred
back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation
has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of
the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of
the Planning Act.
