THAT Report PD-185-85 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Courtice Heights Developments to permit the holding symbol (H) to be lifted from the applicant's property, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On November 25, 1985 the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. W. Manson, on behalf of Courtice Heights Developments to permit the removal of the Holding Symbol (H) from the applicant' s property located in Part of Lot 30, Concession 3, in the former Township of Darlington. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town Departments for their * comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. . ..2 REPORT NO.: PD-185-85 Page 2 It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff will schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
