PROPOSED SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
P.K. DEVELOPMENTS INC.
PLAN OF SUBDIVISION 18T-84048
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that Council :
1 . Receive Report PO--186: 85
2. Approve the attached by-law authorizing execution of a Subdivision
Agreement between P.K. Developments Inc. and the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle; and
3. Authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Subdivision Agreement between
P.K. Developments Inc. and the Town of Newcastle.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
Staff would note for Council 's information that the Plan of Subdivision originally
received draft approval on May 2, 1985.
Among the conditions of approval , was the requirement that the Owner agree, in writing,
to satisfy all the requirements financial and otherwise of the Town of Newcastle
concerning the provisions of roads, installation of services and drainage.

Staff would note that the present owners of the subject lands, recently submitted
copies of the Subdivision Agreement for the Town's review and approval . In order
to facilitate execution of the Agreement with the present owners of the land, an
authorizing by-law, as attached hereto, is submitted for Committee's
consideration.

BY-LAW NUMBER 85-148
being a By-law to authorize the entering into of an Agreement with
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and P.K. Developments Inc.

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follows:

1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal with the

Corporation's seal , an Agreement between P.K. Developments Inc. and
the said Corporation dated the day of 1985, in the
i
form attached hereto as Schedule "X".

2. THAT Schedule "X" attached hereto forms part of this
by-law. %
